Thought

 A nice way to exercise is to move freely and easily by doing a non-challenging routine such as ballet exercises or simple yoga and remembering that exertion leads to injury and that rest is a part of exercise.

A thing to remember about eating is that food becomes a part of yourself so choosing food wisely is indeed a way to be.

A part of memory is to be looking at the past as a means to be knowing your own self.
